Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participant in the 7th Russian Forum of Medical Volunteers.
The message reads, in part:

While continuing the noble traditions of volunteering and selfless devotion, you carry out an important mission by solving current issues facing national healthcare, helping medical staff cope with a wide range of their professional problems, persistently focusing on awareness-building and promoting the values of a healthy lifestyle. This is why your organisation enjoys well-deserved respect and recognition.
I believe that during this forum, its participants will be able to share their experience, knowledge and practices and offer new approaches to improve the efficiency of the Medical Volunteers public movement. Your socially important projects are sure to be supported.”
