Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following the meeting with Government members on October 16, 2024.
The Government and the State Duma have been instructed to ensure that legislation is amended to extend the possibility of applying a zero VAT rate when selling hotel services throughout December 31, 2030.
The Government, together with the executive bodies of the Russian regions, has been instructed to formulate regional programmes to upgrade primary healthcare for 2025–2030. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers must ensure co-financing of these programmes from the federal budget.
