Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law on Handling Pharmaceuticals.
The amendments are due to the commitments taken on by the Government of the Russian Federation within the framework of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America on protecting intellectual property rights, as well as agreements and procedures pertaining to the negotiation process for the Russian Federation to join the WTO.
