On the International Women’s Day Vladimir Putin met with members of the Russian Paralympic team and volunteers.
During the meeting, the President shared his impressions of the 2014 Paralympic Games opening ceremony. Another issue discussed was the quality of the sports facilities in Sochi.
In addition, Mr Putin said those who win medals at the Paralympic Games will receive valuable gifts, including cars, just like the Olympic medallists.
