Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations to Alexei Bugayev, bronze medallist in standing super giant slalom at the Sochi Winter Paralympics.
The President said in his message, in particular:
“You have once again demonstrated your outstanding skill and training and showed us your fighting spirit and strength of will. You deserved to win this bronze medal in what is one of the toughest sports.
I am sure that you have new goals ahead and summits to conquer, and that you will indeed achieve your aims.”
