Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Kirill Mikhailov, Rushan Minnegulov and Vladislav Lekomtsev, winners in the standing 1 km cross-country skiing sprint at the XI Paralympic Winter Games.
The message reads, in part:
“I am happy to congratulate you on your outstanding, truly triumphant performance in the Russian Paralympics. Once again, Russian athletes filled the entire podium.
You have demonstrated a high level of mastery and a truly winning attitude, providing unforgettable moments of joy for Russian fans.”
