Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to participants and guests of the Russian President’s Sambo Cup competition.
The message said, in particular:
“This is the ninth time now that this competition has brought together athletes representing Russia’s security and law enforcement agencies. It is a real celebration for the participants and the many fans of this combat sport, which is popular in our country and cultivates strength of will and high moral qualities, endurance and determination, self-discipline, and persistent effort towards achieving one’s goals.”
The Russian Federation President’s Sambo Cup competition is taking place in Moscow.
