Vladimir Putin congratulated the players, coaches and employees of professional basketball club CSKA on their victory that has brought them the title of Euroleague champions.
The President, said in particular, in his message:
“The players demonstrated their skill, team spirit, and determination to win in what was a thrilling and tense final match.”
CSKA beat Turkey’s Fenerbahce 101–96 in overtime to take the winner’s title in the Euroleague final in Berlin on Sunday.
