Vladimir Putin congratulated Khasan Khalmurzayev on his victory in judo (81 kg weight category) at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
The President’s message reads, in part:

This is your first Olympics and you have gained victory right from the start. This success is the deserved great reward for your talent, character and years of dedicated hard work and training.
