Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe, and President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga took part in a ceremony for handing over a time capsule with a message to future generation of students at Far Eastern Federal University, where an international martial arts palace will be built.
An international judo centre for training top level athletes will open on the grounds of the university campus. The groundbreaking ceremony took place as part of the Eastern Economic Forum.
