The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Physical Culture and Sport in the Russian Federation and Article 263 of the Federal Law On the General Principles of Organisation of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Authorities of the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation.
The federal law determines qualification categories for coaches and other specialists in physical culture and sport, and defines bodies and organisations authorised to designate corresponding qualification categories.
