The President congratulated Aleksandr Terentev and Khristina Matsokina on their victory in the cross-country skiing mixed team sprint event at the 2019 FISU Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk.
The message reads, in part:
“This is not the first award you won at the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk. It is important that you are not satisfied with what you already have, having met the expectations of your coaches and fans. This kind of attitude, your perseverance, team spirit and cohesion deserve respect.”
