The President congratulated Zavur Uguev on his victory in freestyle wrestling, in the weight category of under 57 kg, at the 2019 World Wrestling Championships in Kazakhstan.
The message reads, in part:

Your wonderful, shining victory is a significant contribution to the prestige of the Russian school of freestyle wrestling and Russia’s leadership as a world sports power.”
