The President signed a Federal Law On Amending Article 149, Part 2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Under the Federal Law, no value added tax will be imposed until December 31, 2025 on the rendering of services to ensure the implementation by foreigners of their sanctioned right to hold the FIA Formula One World Championship, including the right to promote the event and call the Russian stage of the competition “the FIA Formula One World Championship,” as well as on advertising by the organisation that acquired the right to hold it, on the sport venue for the Formula One automobile race and the infrastructure facilities at this sport venue.
