The President sent a message to congratulate Sofia Pozdnyakova, winner of the fencing sabre event (individual competition) at the XXXII Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
“You were brilliant in the sabre event and once again convincingly confirmed your outstanding skill and ability to fight to the end for the win. Of course, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your coaches and mentors who believed in you and helped you achieve success to become an Olympic champion,”- the President wrote in his message.
