Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 11 of the Federal Law On Organising and Hosting the XXII Olympic Winter Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi and Developing Sochi as an Alpine Ski and Recreation Resort, and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and Article 333(35) of Part Two of the Russian Federation Tax Code.
The law simplifies visa procedures for Olympic volunteers and personnel coming to Russia for the organisation and hosting of the XXII Winter Olympics and the XI Paralympics in Sochi in 2014.
