Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations to Alexandra Frantseva, silver medallist in super giant slalom in the visually impaired category at the Sochi 2014 Winter Paralympics.
The President said, in particular, in his message:
“Among the members of the Russian team, you are one of those who has the most titles to your name, and you have again showed your top class skill and training, confidently competing against strong and experienced athletes. This silver medal at the XI Paralympics is a deserved reward for your courage, determination to win, and years of hard work and constant training.”
