Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Stanislav Chokhlayev, bronze medallist in the 15km individual biathlon event among visually impaired athletes at the XI Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi.
The congratulatory message reads, in part:
“You demonstrated a commendable result in the biathlon, rightfully earning your way onto the podium. You have brought joy to fans with your mastery and excellent athletic preparation.”
