Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations to Stanislav Chokhlayev, silver medallist in the freestyle 10-km ski race among the visually impaired at the XI Winter Paralympics in Sochi.
The President said, in particular, in his message:
“Your ability, determination and strength of character made it possible for you to represent Russia so well and win what is now your third medal at the Winter Paralympics here in Sochi. I wish you continued success and all the very best”.
