Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law on the Housing and Utilities Reform Facilitation Fund.
The Federal Law was passed to carry out the President’s instructions of April 26, 2013, which were given following a meeting on resettling citizens from the unfit housing fund of April 16, 2013.
The Federal Law stipulates that the Housing and Utilities Reform Facilitation Fund state corporation will operate until January 1, 2018, and specifies procedures for forming the Fund’s assets via additional contributions by the Russian Federation.
