Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Establishing the Russian Federation Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities.
In order to improve the federal executive agencies’ organisation and structure, the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Utilities has been reorganised as the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities.
The President also signed the Executive Order On the Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities, and appointed Mikhail Men to this post.
