Vladimir Putin will chair a meeting of the Presidential Economic Council Presidium on January 30 to discuss measures for improving the housing and utilities sector’s performance.
This will be the Presidium’s second meeting. The first, which took place in November 2013, examined the economic policy priorities for 2014–2015.
The Economic Council was established by presidential executive order on July 16, 2012 to draft proposals on the main socioeconomic policy areas, sustainable development and technological modernisation of the economy.
