Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following the meeting with Government members on November 2, 2016.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to approve requirements to those who are in charge of technical maintenance, repairs and technical diagnosis of domestic and indoors gas installations.
The Government was also instructed to make better use of the federal budget funds allocated for presidential grants to people who have demonstrated outstanding abilities and entered higher education institutions; and for upgrading the facilities of secondary vocational schools and providing their students with places in dormitories.
