Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 4 of the Russian Federation Law On Mass Media and Article 13.21 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.
The Federal Law was passed with the aim of introducing administrative liability for producing and disseminating in mass media products containing obscenities.
