The President signed Federal Law On Amending Article 15.25 of the Russian Federation’s Administrative Offences Code.
The Federal Law is aimed at clarifying the amount of and procedures for calculating administrative fines for residents’ failure to comply with the requirement to return money to the Russian Federation intended to pay non-residents for goods, unfulfilled work and unused services not imported into the Russian Federation within the specified time frame.
