Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 151 of the Federal Law On Information, Information Technology and Protection of Information.
The Federal Law prohibits dissemination in the Russian Federation of information about methods of developing, producing and using new and potentially dangerous psychoactive substances and about places where the same can be bought.
