Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amending Article 18.9 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.
The Federal Law enhances administrative liability for providing residential premises or vehicles or providing other services to foreign nationals or stateless persons staying in the Russian Federation in violation of the established procedures or transit rules.
