The President signed the Federal Law On Amendments to the Russian Code of Administrative Offences Introducing Administrative Responsibility for Illegal Ticket Sale for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Matches.
The Federal Law introduces administrative liability for illegal sales of tickets to the 2018 FIFA World Cup matches or documents giving the right to acquire them, as well as for selling counterfeit tickets to the 2018 FIFA World Cup or documents giving right to acquire them. The provisions apply if such actions do not constitute a criminal offence.
