The President signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Extradition of Persons Sentenced to Imprisonment between the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The agreement was signed in Moscow on March 28, 2017 with a view to developing the international legal framework for Russian-Iranian cooperation in the extradition of persons sentenced to imprisonment and will help protect the rights and legitimate interests of Russian citizens.
