The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of the Philippines on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Cases.
The agreement was signed in Manila on November 13, 2017.
The agreement was drafted considering current international contractual practice and international standards, and in accordance with Russian Federation laws, in order to create an international legal framework for Russia-Philippines mutual legal assistance in criminal cases.
