The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on the Transfer of Narcotic Drugs, Psychoactive Substances and Their Precursors, Firearms and Their Essential Parts, Ammunition, Explosives and Explosive Devices That Serve as Physical Evidence in Criminal Cases.
The Protocol was signed in Sochi on October 11, 2017, at the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.
The Protocol regulates the relations of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in providing mutual legal assistance in criminal cases regarding the transfer of narcotic drugs, psychoactive substances and their precursors, firearms and their essential parts, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices that serve as physical evidence in criminal cases.
