Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amending Articles 7.292 and 19.61 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law clarifies the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, which set administrative liability for non-compliance with the law on state and municipal supervision by officials of state supervision bodies, local governments, state and municipal institutions, state corporations, and public law companies empowered to exercise state and municipal supervision.
In addition to this, the law establishes that the refusal or evasion of a supplier (performer, contractor) from concluding a state contract for a state defence order, or an agreement necessary for the implementation of the state defence order, carries administrative liability, if these actions do not contain a criminally punishable act.
