Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law introduces administrative liability for mass distribution of extremist materials included on the published federal list of extremist materials, as well as other extremist materials, or for the production or storage of extremist materials for the purposes of their mass distribution, if these actions do not constitute a criminal offence.
