Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Lotteries.
The Federal Law clarifies procedures for organising and holding state lotteries, procedures for holding tenders to select operators of state and municipal lotteries, and the list of conditions that these operators must meet.
The law also contains a number of amendments aimed at preventing the unlawful organisation of gambling under cover of promotional lotteries.
