On May 17, Vladimir Putin will hold a State Council meeting on developing the construction sector and improving urban development work at the Kremlin.
The meeting will hear a report from the head of the State Council working group, Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Viktor Tolokonsky. The working group analysed material from around Russia and from experts and professional groups and, based on this examination, drafted a number of proposals for developing Russia’s construction sector.
The proposed measures concern, in particular, investment projects, use of new technology, harmonising legislation in the construction sector, and making use of public-private partnerships.
