Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following a meeting with Government members on February 1, 2017.
The Government has been instructed to amend the legislation, in particular to supplement the law on the participatory construction of residential buildings and other real estate with a provision to exclude the duplication of developers’ obligatory payments.
The Government, the Presidential Executive Office, the Accounts Chamber and the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring have been instructed to draft an action plan (roadmap) for the gradual transition to the treasury monitoring of budget spending.
The Government is to closely monitor, as per the President’s instruction of January 2, 2017, settlements under state contracts signed to implement the state defence order (excluding state contracts subject to banking support in accordance with legislation).
