Mr Bokarev briefed the President on the company’s current activities and development strategy. Transmashholding is one of Russia’s biggest producers of rolling stock for the railway sector.
Mr Bokarev said that the company’s production facilities have modernised their product range this year. In 2015, the company will produce the latest kinds of railway equipment using Russian technology and with all components made locally.
The company’s current financing in relation to railway transport tariff policy was also discussed.
