The message reads, in part:

“The anniversary of one of the oldest industrial plants is a significant event for its personnel and long-serving employees and an important symbolic date for the entire Russian railway engineering industry. This is certainly a good opportunity that enables us to recall the rich and eventful history of the Tver Carriage Works, which includes numerous achievements and heroic deeds, and to pay tribute to its many generations of employees – engineers, designers, and workers – and to all those whose professionalism and self-denial have set the bar high in terms of the quality of output and laid down the wonderful traditions of hard work.

It is gratifying that you honourably persevere with the cause of your predecessors and contribute to the development of the Russian economy and transport sector. I am certain that you will continue to look to the future with confidence, boldly introduce innovative ideas, and build up the plant’s technological and production potential.”
