The President signed Order On Special Decision Concerning the Transaction by PromAvtoConsult LLC.
Under the Order, in accordance with para. 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, PromAvtoConsult LLC shall be allowed to consummate a transaction on the purchase of 100 percent stake in equity capital of Schaeffler RUS.
