Vladimir Putin signed Directive On the Special Decision on Transactions by Soyuzmetallresurs Management Company.
According to the directive, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Presidential Executive Order dated August 5, 2022, Nº 520 On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors Due To Unfriendly Actions of Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, Soyuzmetallresurs Management Company is allowed to carry out transactions to acquire the following, belonging to THORNSTREET LIMITED:
100 percent of the shares in the authorised capital of Sorsk Mining and Processing Complex;
100 percent of the shares of the Zhireken Mining and Beneficiation Complex;
60,669 ordinary shares of the Zabaikalstalinvest company.
