Under discussion was the creation of an early diagnostic system to analyse digital IT images of patients.
At the Russian Medical Academy of Permanent Professional Education, German Klimenko met with Georgy Frank, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Head of the Pathology Chair. The discussion covered issues pertaining to the creation of common standards in preparing cellular material for in-vitro research and the development of digital image transmission and processing technology for use in IT systems.
At the Morozov City Clinical Hospital for Children Mr. Klimenko met with Head Physician Igor Koltunov and Head of the Pathology Department Alexander Talalayev. They discussed the introduction of image identification methods in pathology and the use of Moscow’s healthcare experience in other Russian regions.
