The President approved a list of instructions on connecting educational organisations, regional and territorial election commissions to information systems as part of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national programme.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to determine the party that will be solely responsible for purchasing the following services for state and municipal educational organisations, regional and territorial election commissions:
– providing access to state, municipal and other information systems and the Internet via a shared data transmission network;
– transmitting and protecting data during the provision of such access;
– restricting access to online information that is prohibited from distribution in Russia and online information that damages the health and development of children;
– monitoring and ensuring a secure connection when providing access to state, municipal and other information systems and the Internet.
