Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Experimental Legal Framework in the Sphere of Digital Innovation in the Russian Federation.
Under this Federal Law, an experimental legal framework in the area of digital innovation envisage special regulations for the participants of such a framework for a certain period of time in order to develop, test and implement the digital innovations envisaged in the federal law.
The Federal Law sets the goals and principles for an experimental legal framework in the area of digital innovation, its participants, the procedure for establishing and terminating the validity, conditions for acquiring, suspending and terminating the status of a subject of an experimental legal framework in digital innovation and also regulates other relations in implementing the said experimental legal framework.
