Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On the Composition of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee, Amendments to the Presidential Executive Order No. 116 of February 15, 2006 On Measures to Combat Terrorism and Changes to the Composition of the Federal Operational Headquarters Approved thereby.
Members of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee include Director of the Federal Security Service (Chairman of the Committee), heads of several ministries and federal agencies, representatives of the Presidential Executive Office, Federation Council , State Duma, as well as the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces – First Deputy Defence Minister, and First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council.
