Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions on issues related to students’ welfare.
The Government of the Russian Federation received instructions on building new student dormitories and renovating existing ones, providing interest rate subsidies on education loans to students, and improving medical care for students.
Instructions were given to the Government and Russia’s federal constituent entities’ executive authorities concerning transport services for students, creation of employment centres for university graduates, and providing high-speed Internet access, including Wi-Fi, at university campuses and dormitories.
