Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Holding the Year of Teachers and Mentors in the Russian Federation.
In order to acknowledge the special status of teachers, including those involved in mentorship, the President declared 2023 the Year of Teachers and Mentors.
Relevant instructions and recommendations have been given to the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as regional executive authorities.
