The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting with Government members on June 2, 2021.
The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern children’s benefits and payments for school children with disabilities.
In addition, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection were given recommendations on cooperation between judicial authorities and the Pension Fund as regards submission of information, including in e-format, on court decisions on alimony required to set the monthly payment for a child aged 8 to 17.
