Dmitry Medvedev signed Executive Order approving the Regulations on awarding the Presidential Scholarship to undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in disciplines relevant to the priority areas of modernisation and technological development of Russia's economy.
The Government received instructions to adopt the rules for transferring funds from the federal budget to the Russian regions for the payment of the Presidential Scholarship under the Regulations.
