The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia on Mutual Recognition of Education and/or Qualifications.
The agreement regulates the mutual recognition of basic general education, secondary general education, secondary vocational education and higher education received in the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia under educational programmes accredited in accordance with the legislation of each of the states.
