The President approved a set of instructions for state support of persons who have shown outstanding abilities and entered master’s degree programmes.
Instructions to the Russian Government include an increase in the total number of grants established by the Presidential Executive Order On state support for persons who have shown outstanding abilities, dated December 7, 2015, from 5,000 to 6,500 starting with the academic year 2020/2021, to provide an additional 1,500 Presidential grants for individuals who have shown outstanding abilities and who have enrolled in universities and scientific institutes for training in master’s programmes with federal, regional or local funding.
